Returns are welcome when there is a production issue, manufacturing defect, or product is damaged in shipping.

• Terms of return: within 30 days of original purchase date
• State of return: in acceptable packaging to prevent further damage
• Reason for return: fatal flaw of product during manufacturing including missing pages, torn pages, torn covers; damage in shipping
• Process for return: Email salesandsupport@dawdlingunicornbooks.com with original purchase date, product info, and reason for return to request return information and directions.
• Process of refund: Returns will be refunded to the original account of payment less shipping and taxes (only cost of product is refunded).
